1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function, to remember your preferences, and to help site owners understand how visitors use their site. "Similar technologies" refers to comparable tools such as pixels, local storage, or session-replay scripts that serve similar purposes.

2. Cookies currently in use

The Site uses two measurement tools. One needs no consent and one does not run without it.

The Site uses Vercel Web Analytics, provided by Vercel Inc., which also hosts the Site. It records aggregate page views so we can see which pages visitors find useful. It writes no cookie, creates no persistent identifier, and stores no IP address. Visitors are counted from a temporary one-way hash of the incoming request, which is discarded within 24 hours, so a person returning on a later day is counted again and the figures are estimates rather than a record of individuals. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, this does not require consent under the EU ePrivacy rules and no banner is shown.

Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, measures what happens after someone clicks one of our advertisements: which pages they reach and whether they book a call. It sets a cookie named _fbp on this Site, valid for up to three months, and reads _fbc where a click identifier is present. It is an advertising technology, not a necessary one, so under the EU ePrivacy rules it requires your prior consent, and in the EU, the EEA and the UK it is not requested, loaded, or run until you accept it on a banner. Declining stores that choice so you are not asked again.

Outside those countries the pixel loads with the page and a notice tells you it is running, with a button that stops it. Opting out withdraws consent with Meta, deletes the _fbp and _fbc cookies from this browser, and is remembered so the pixel is not loaded on your next visit.

Which of the two applies is decided from the country your network connection resolves to, and nothing else. We do not store that country, and we do not use it for anything besides this choice. If it cannot be determined, for instance because you use a VPN, you are treated as though you were in the EU and asked first.

The Site's contact buttons open WhatsApp or our booking page, both operated by third parties under their own privacy terms. Nothing else is collected automatically as you browse.

3. Cookies we may use in future

As OTRG Solutions grows, we may introduce tools that use cookies, such as:

• Analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager): to understand aggregate visitor numbers, traffic sources, and which pages are most useful, so we can improve the Site;
• Session-behaviour tools (e.g. Hotjar): to understand how visitors navigate and interact with pages, typically through anonymised heatmaps or session recordings;
• Functional cookies: to remember choices you make on the Site, such as a contact-form draft, across a single visit.

If we introduce any of these, we will: (a) update this notice to describe them accurately, including their purpose, duration, and provider; and (b) where required by applicable law (including the EU ePrivacy rules and GDPR), display a cookie consent banner and obtain your consent before setting any non-essential cookie. Strictly necessary cookies (those required for the Site to function, such as a security or session cookie) do not require consent but will still be disclosed here.

4. Your choices

Even before any cookies are introduced, you can control cookies generally through your browser settings. Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies, and you can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is set. The cookieless analytics in section 2 store nothing on your device, so there is nothing to block or delete. The advertising pixel is different: where consent is required it runs only with your consent, and the banner offers Accept and Decline with equal prominence; where it is not, the notice offers opting out as plainly as dismissing. Blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of some websites, though it will not affect the core informational content of this Site.

Turn it off here, at any time. This switch works wherever you are reading from, and whether or not you ever saw a banner. It takes effect in this browser immediately.

Changing your mind. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the name otrg-consent. Clearing this site's data in your browser settings erases it and the banner will ask again on your next visit. You can also delete the _fbp cookie directly from your browser's cookie settings at any time.

5. Updates to this notice

We will revise this Cookie Notice whenever the cookies or similar technologies used on the Site change, and update the "Last updated" date above accordingly. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
